 Michael it has been some time since you completed the work you did on our house.  While we have contracted you in the past for many projects on our previous home, such as the Florida room you built and the hardwood floors you installed, I feel compelled to write this letter to you at this time.  This morning while having my daily cup of coffee, the quality workmanship you performed in my kitchen is unbelievable.  The cabinets are simply beautiful and the counters and woodwork are exactly the way we wanted.   I have received many compliments about your work and felt you would appreciate me passing them along.

The best part of the work you did was the professional and dedicated way you go about your job.  I can tell you really love what you do.  It shows!  I would not hesitate to recommend you to my many friends and relatives that have complimented on how beautiful my kitchen looks, nor would I, for a second, think about hiring anyone else for any home improvement project that might come up.  I truly felt like I was your only customer!
